How long for me to receive the curtain after ordering?
Curtains are custom made based on customers’ specified window width and height, therefore, certain processing days are required, general speaking, you should receive your ordered curtain(s) in between 10-17 days starting from when factory receives your order. If there is any potential delay, particularly during holiday peak time, we will notify you ahead in email.
We promise no delay from our side, exact lead time from when curtains have been shipped out to arrive at customer’ door will be based on our shipping delivery partners (DHL, UPS etc.), normally, this shipping lead time is around 7 days.
How about shipping fee?
There is absolutely NO shipping fee, shipping is free for all the curtains you purchased from our site, the price you see after you select window type and enter width and height is the final price you will pay, there is no extra hidden cost such as shipping fee or sales tax.

If there is any proven defect, we will repair or remake for you without additional charges.
If you receive something that you don’t like because you feel the quality isn’t up to standards, we will fix the problem immediately or let you reselect another product. If that doesn’t work for you, we will issue a full refund for not oversized items. If you picked something you end up not liking, or have simply changed your mind, we will let you choose something else and give you up to 50% OFF the replacement.
For the Oversized customized items (valances or panels more than 100'' wide or more than 120" length), after purchase and before shipping, we will send you the picture of finished product for your review, if there is any defect (<1%), we will remake for you right away for free.
For ALL customized items, if the size is wrong due to our measurement mistake (not yours) or proven quality issue(excluding color difference), we will remake for you by sending you another brand new items without any charges, and you can return the old one back to us without any charges, returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
How to measure curtain size?
We only need you to provide us the width and height of section that your curtain covers based on the window you provide. Since we have around 20 years’ experience of making curtains, we will make the best-matched curtains for you based on your input. Please enter precisely the length of A and B in inches based on the window type you selected after you click "Start Customizing" button in the product detail page. If you provide the wrong size which results the curtain does not fit your window, you may not get refund for your curtains.
Can the color of my purchased curtain be different than the color showed on product detail page?
All curtains are camera-shoot with real objects, adjusted with professional lighting and displayers, color results you see are very close to real object color. However, due to the nature of different displayers, cotton material and drapery, color you see from our website page could be slightly different than the real color of curtains you bought. Therefore, color difference can not be the reason for the return, If you are very cautious and picky of the color, please order free swatches online, or contact our customer support (1-800-282-1166) for the further color details before ordering.
How to install or use the hanging shelf that we give for free when you order curtain with valance?
We will give hanging shelf for free to you if you buy valance as well when you order the curtain, this hanging shelf will be able to hold drapery, voile and valance all together. There is a detail instruction in image showing on each product detail page for how to install this hanging shelf. Basically, this hanging shelf has 4 layers: Innermost layer has the holes that you need to screw to the wall, second layer is the rail that will hang voile, the third layer is the rail that will hang drapery, the outmost layer has the adhesive to stick the valance. Once you finish installation of this hanging shelf, you can stick the valance directly to the adhesive spot.
How to choose curtains?
Curtains selection should be based on the material and flower pattern, curtain pattern should match the overall style and interior, small room can use a good degree of reflective light curtains proliferating visual space, a large room with a large flower pattern dark curtains seem gorgeous. Living room better uses cool imitation silk curtains, visually fresh and elegant, bed room prefer to use warm curtains, creating a warm, romantic atmosphere.
